We’re doing everything we can to provide some good content for our members during the coronavirus shutdown! Every day we are doing a livestreaming workout at 1 pm – check your email for a link. Here is a video I made of a drill you can do by yourself with your hands on the wall.

You can do it without a wall, but the wall provides something to push against, so you can lean into the throw. Remember to keep your knees slightly bent and your chest facing the wall – don’t turn! Start slowly to make sure you’re getting the footwork right and gradually increase your speed. You can also alternate right and left.
