There are a few judo kata events coming up right here in the Bay Area. There is a kata clinic coming up at the end of September (different katas than the last clinic), and mid-October there will be a kata competition. This is a great opportunity to learn, participate in and watch this aspect of judo.
Kata Clinic
- Saturday, September 28th: Katame no Kata
- All day at Soko Joshi Judo in San Francisco, with a break for lunch
- Sunday, September 29th: Goshin Jitsu
- Afternoon at Soko Joshi Judo in San Francisco
- $75 for both days or $40 for one day
