Last week we did ippon seoinage, and this week we did a few different variations of morote seoinage. Be sure to check out the killer video below of Hatsuyuki Hamada doing a clinic somewhere in Germany or a German speaking country. He has an amazing morote seoi, AND he’s a great teacher, AND his English is just good enough that if you listen and watch closely, you’ll pick up a ton of little details that will make your morote better.
